Our specialist trained key-workers are able to support young people with differing needs, from low to high support. This includes mentoring, supporting them to learn life skills or to get into education, training or employment.
Monitoring and key-working with each young person is dependent on their placement plan and identified goals.
For those young people that require additional support due to challenging behaviour or gang affiliation we offer 1:1 and 2:1 packages of support.
We support children and young people in fully furnished, comfortable homes. This includes Care Leavers, those who present complex needs or challenging behaviour. We also support unaccompanied asylum seeking young people.
